The restaurant was great for breakfast, I tried warm dishes. The location was marvellous and unbeatable and right next to a river and a hill. It was set right next to an oceanarium and eateries.

Centrally located, I didn't want to leave!
It offers very central location, walk from a main street and a national park. The breakfast is free, the room is nicely updated with a fireplace.

During my recent travel to Gatlinburg, I stayed at Greystone Lodge on the River for a quick transit stop. The hotel's proximity to the nearest airport, just 77 kilometers away, made it incredibly convenient for my travel plans. the 4-star accommodations and the close proximity to the Guinness World Records Adventure Museum made for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
While the overall experience at Greystone Lodge on the River was pleasant, I did notice a minor issue with the cleanliness of the rooms. The carpet in the rooms appeared to be quite dirty, as evidenced by a towel turning black when used to dry up a leak from our cooler.

The staff was super friendly, our room had a balcony with a nice view, and it was awesome being able to walk to all the cool spots downtown. The pool was clean, the kids had a blast with the slide, and the little kiddie pool was perfect for my three-year-old. Unfortunately, the elevator was a bit slow, but honestly, we didn't mind taking the stairs and enjoying the view! a great stay! 🌟

Had functional room, free breakfasts, you guys rock!
There were climate control, a kitchenette area, and an iron in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The staff were all superbly friendly, consistently courteous. The hotel's position was great and fantastic walk from an oceanarium and eateries.

During my recent transit in Gatlinburg, I stayed at the Greystone Lodge on the River. The convenient proximity of the hotel to the nearest airport, located just 80 kilometers away, made it an ideal stopover during my travels. the 4-star accommodations and amenities, such as the beach umbrellas and loungers, provided a touch of luxury and relaxation during my brief stay.
I must note that the noise level in the room was significant due to the close approximation to another hotel. The music playing from the nearby hotel's pergola was audible in my room, impacting the tranquility of the stay.

The room was spotless and updated, with an iron, a couch, and closet space. The hotel was centrally located near the aquarium, a Mexican restaurant, and various attractions. A nice perk was the nearby Donut Friar, which served tea and coffee.

Located smack in the middle, allowing easy access to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. Mind-blowing breakfast that left us drooling for more. The staff went above and beyond when they found our daughter's lovie and arranged for it to be shipped back to us. Super clean and well-maintained with a great-sized pool. Room was tidy, roomy, and comfortable for my family of 3. Impressive balcony to take in the jaw-dropping views.

Location: the hotel was just off the downtown Gatlinburg attractions, all the many restaurant and tourist facilities, and Ripley's Aquarium and trolley stops. The food for breakfast, especially scrambled eggs and bread, was fabulous.

New-fashioned unit with a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and fridges. Centrally based in downtown area close enough to the hill and park, the Aquarium and The Akeetna and all the restaurants and attractions.
Quite rude staff!

The room I stayed in at Greystone Lodge on the River felt like a cozy retreat with all the essentials. The river view added a tranquil touch, and the private entrance made it feel so exclusive. Plus, having a balcony was a lovely addition to soak in the scenery.
I personally found the satellite TV in the room a bit outdated, but I know some folks might still appreciate it.
